OUR SUPPLIER'S RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
Electric Whispering Advises:
We recommend that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please take photos and I will assist you to send them to the supplier so they can handle your return. You will need to contact the manufacturer and get a RMA number before you can begin the return process, again I can assist you with this.
Some of our suppliers accept returns under specific conditions, some will accept a return if it is unopened, some do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective, and may require you to report the damage within 3 days of receiving the product. Some will give you 15 days and still accept the return, provided you pay the return shipping fee, a restocking fee and a mileage fee for the miles you used it. When you do qualify for a refund, it may take up to 30 days to be repaid. Most suppliers also require you to keep the original packaging to return. They all have different rules. These rules are beyond my control. As a reseller, all I can do is to assist you in presenting your case and seeing if the supplier accepts it.

Cancellations & Refunds:
In most cases, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Dave@ElectricWhispering.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Dave@ElectricWhispering.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, and based on the suppliers conditions regarding fees and deductions, their repayment rules about time, any mileage that was used, etc. then you’ll be automatically refunded the balance on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
