Frame Quality

Only the best materials will do. We’ve selected a high grade aluminum alloy for our bike frames which reduces their overall weight without sacrificing strength and toughness. We’ve also polished key welds on our bikes for added strength and enhanced style.

LCD Display

The backlit LCD display plays an important role for our bikes. Here, you will find your speed, power assist (PAS) level, battery level, and odometer. This multifunctional display is weather resistant and built to last.

Speed Shifter

We’ve designed our bikes to get you to your destination, no matter how difficult it is. The Shimano 7-speed shifter delivers smooth and reliable shifting performance that allows you to traverse all kinds of terrain. Battery

Batteries are the lifeblood of any electric bike. Therefore, all of our e-bikes are equipped with long lasting, lithium-ion batteries that enhance your riding experience. Our batteries are made for distance and reliability. Charging your battery is a breeze. You can easily charge the battery while it’s in the bike or you can charge it independently. Our batteries will fully charge within 4-6 hours making sure you get back out there on your new adventure.

Rear Rack

Tired of carrying the weight? Let the FUTURO do it for you. The rear rack on this e-bike can carry your gym bags, backpacks, book bags, and more. Just strap your bag down on the rear rack and ride on to your destination. The versatility of this bike is simply amazing!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GOBIKE Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business following the receipt of your order. (Excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Cancellation Request/ Refused Orders - Once the order has begun processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a customer no longer wants the item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) shall be requested, and a restocking fee will be applied. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Lost Packages - Please notify us in writing about non-delivered packages within five (5) days of the Estimated Delivery Date. Without such notification, ComfyGO, INC. will not be responsible for a lost parcel. If the RMA instructions are not followed, we shall not be liable for items that do not arrive in our warehouse. Please ship and track your package via a professional courier or mail service provider.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Shipping options and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Deliveries are made by 3^rd party shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS according to their operating schedule. The transportation company may contact you by phone to organize the delivery or update you on the delivery status.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Please call before your scheduled pick-up date and have your order confirmation email when you arrive.
Shipping charges are non-refundable - Any express or international shipping charge is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for returning and shipping back unwanted items. When needed, a pre-paid label can be issued, and shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

WARRANTY

GOBIKE Warranty

All bikes have a limited warranty. The batteries have a six-month warranty. Electronics have a one-year warranty.The frame and motor have a lifetime warranty.

The limited warranty does not include: labor or device failure due to the owner's misuse or negligence, non-durable components and components subject to normal wear and tear that (rubber materials, accessories, wheels or brakes, and plastic parts). All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the serial number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

GOBIKE Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY. In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from GoPowerbike, which can be obtained by contacting GoPowerbike at help@gopowerbike.com. Any Products sent back to GoPowerbike by you without the written consent of GoPowerbike shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost..

EBIKE RETURNS. Free returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To return an ebike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact GoPowerbike within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the ebike. The ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from GoPowerbike. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. For Canadian orders customers will be responsible for shipping expenses for receiving and returning the bike .

Pre-Orders and Backorders and Pre-Order/Backorder Cancellations. Our backorder process is for ebikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
Accessory and Replacement Parts. Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
Non-returnable/non-refundable Items. Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return. “Built and Delivered” fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds.

Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one ebike or multiple ebikes.
Refunds will be made after the Ebike is received and inspected.

Process. Please ship all approved returns using the shipping label provided during the return merchandise authorization process.
Refurbished Ebikes.You will be responsible for paying for shipping both ways and will be subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
