DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Based upon product availability, orders will generally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order unless it is a pre-order or special request order. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Any regular order received after 2:00 PM PT will be shipped out the next day. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping to the lower 48 states is free for all bikes and any accessories purchased with a bike! Accessories purchased separately from a bike, and replacement parts not covered under warranty, will incur shipping charges. Shipping cost to Hawaii, Canada or Alaska and other countries are not included in the price, please Contact Us for details before purchase.

TRACKING INFO

Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. You can track the progress of your delivery on the UPS website.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

Step 1: Order confirmation

- Your order processing time where your product of choice is assembled and built especially for you!

Step 2: Tracking Number

- You'll receive a tracking number only once your product has been shipped and has left the factory or distribution centre. Please be aware that the tracker may be issued differently depending on the products delivery time. For products delivery time please visit our page and above the "add to cart" button there's a timeline.

Step 3: Pending/Confirmed Tracker

-If the tracking number reads "Pending" or "Confirmed" this means it is on route or currently in customs clearing (CA). The courier at this time still has NOT picked up the product. The tracker will change to "in transit" when the courier actually has the product and it has cleared customs in CA. Then "Scheduled for Delivery" status is given where an accurate time will be given for arrival.

Step 4: Delivered

- Your product has arrived at your doorstep.

QUALISPORTS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns on Ebike orders:

No returns after 14 Days of receiving the Bike.

To be eligible for a return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. Box must be sealed and unopened.

Customer pays $175 shipping fee (this is withheld from refund) and is subject to a 25% restocking fee (this is deducted from refund)

Accessory/replacement part orders:

No returns after 30 days of receiving parts.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it

Please email us with TRACKING NUMBER after you send your return by CONTACTING US.

Refunds on Ebike orders:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund, minus payment processing fees (0.5% of the order amount) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.

We sourced Qualisports bikes from reliable suppliers like Samsung, KT, Wuxing, Dahon supplier systems. so Qualisports bikes are quite durable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows:

Frame warranty: Qualisports Bike frames and forks are warranted by the manufacture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes a 5 years warranty on Frame and Fork.

Battery warranty: All Qualisports E-bike batteries come with a 2 years warranty (Battery cycle lifetime is between 600 - 800 cycles depends on the environmental conditions) Qualisports will replace the battery if it fails within two years (as long as it was not damaged by personal neglect).

Consumables such as tires, tubes, saddles, grips, brake cables, pedals, and chains are not covered. 

All other components and add ons such as racks will have a one-year warranty (Carry bags have no warranty). Please do note the weight limit of racks is 25KGs

PLEASE CHARGE YOUR BATTERY EVERY MONTH - IF NOT CHARGED MONTHLY YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY TERMS. WE CAN INSPECT EACH BATTERY INTERNALLY TO SEE IF IT WAS CHARGED AND HOW FREQUENTLY.

Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: 
Normal wear and tear, Improper assembly, Improper follow-up maintenance Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect (such as with the battery)

We work extremely hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund the difference between your original payment and their price.  

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item, you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors’ website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

How does Affirm work?

Affirm loan-application process steps:

1. At checkout, choose Pay with Affirm.
2. Affirm prompts you to enter a few pieces of information: Name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number. This information must be consistent and your own.
3. To ensure that you're the person making the purchase, Affirm sends a text message to your cell phone with a unique authorization code.
